Seeking Nonprofit Board of Directors Candidate(s) for FCT Foundation Board

Description

The Family Centered Treatment Foundation (FCTF)  is a 501(c)(3) organization. It is the mission of FCTF to enhance the capabilities of agencies, communities and state systems of care in the implementation of well-supported evidence-based programs to better address the needs of families in crisis.  

FCTF is the owner and licenser of an evidence-based family preservation treatment model, Family Centered Treatment (FCT) and the related training program, Wheels of Change. FCTF licenses family preservation agencies that meet the stringent criteria necessary to provide Family Centered Treatment. For over 30 years the FCT Foundation and it’s predecessors have been proud to assist organizations in enhancing their service delivery to over 30,000 families!

The FCTF Board of Directors comprises leaders from the nonprofit and for-profit sector who are dedicated to the organization’s mission. As a distinguished leader in advancing evidence-based programs for families, FCTF’s own board strives to be a model of leadership and performance.

Our board members champion the importance of organizational leadership and believe strongly in the FCTF mission.

Desired Skills and Expertise

Seeking candidates interested in furthering the FCT Foundation mission.

We are particularly interested in candidates who may have legal, HR, fundraising and/or other board advocacy skills. Additionally, individuals with familiarity in family centered treatment and/or family centered services are of high interest. Candidates from all backgrounds and experience are encouraged to apply.
